Listen to our Podcast: Tony Lacroce & The Commitment-To-Success Plan

In this week's English Montreal School Board (EMSB) podcast, Barry Morgan interviews former Director General Tony Lacroce about the   innovative Commitment-to-Success Plan.

Mr Lacroce is also a former teacher within the school board and now acts as a special consultant to the EMSB for the project.

In the podcast, you will hear Mr Lacroce explain the Commitment-to-Success Plan, which has been approved by the Quebec government for the current school year. The plan concerns identifying new long-term priorities and goals in order to provide students with their greatest opportunities for success.

The consultations were led by Mr Lacroce and Sam Boskey, who recently retired from the Ministere de l'Education et de l'Enseignement Superieur (MEES). They heard from many groups including students, parents, senior management, school administrators and governing boards.

Mr Lacroce goes into great detail in terms of the plan, how it started, and where he, and others, hope it will lead.
