Register as a Volunteer @ Edinburgh

Edinburgh elementary school strives to provide a safe learning environment for all students. For this reason, we require all volunteer’s and employees to complete a Judicial record verification form prior to volunteering or working at the school.

We ask you download and complete the form and return it along with two valid photo identifications (Medicare, Driver's Licence or Canadian Passport) to the school administration.

• The Kindergarten and Grade 6 graduation
• Helping in the school library
• School Fundraisers

If you have a skill that you think may be useful to your school and would like to volunteer, please get in touch with us by sending an e-mail with the following information:

• Your first and last names
• If you have a child/children currently attending Edinburgh
• Your telephone number
• Your preferred e-mail address
• When you are available to volunteer (morning, lunchtime, afternoon etc.)

Please Note: in keeping with board policy a police check is required for all volunteers.
